McHacks 2018 will be happening February 3-4 at McGill's SSMU building in Montreal, Canada. This will be the fifth ediiton of McHacks with more than 600 hackers coming from all across North America to innovate, create and inspire.
Eligibility
If you applied to McHacks 2018, received an acceptance and also confirmed your attendance, you are eligible to attend McHacks.
If you attended and participated at McHacks, then you are eligible to make a submission. Each team must consist of no more than 4 participants.
Requirements
You must include videos, photos, or screenshots of the working product and a link to the source code (GitHub, etc.) of your project.
Please tag the prizes you would like to be considered for (other than the overall prizes, every team that submits will be considered for overall prizes).

The most fun and creative game dev hack. Each team member gets a PC copy of Battlefront II, EA t-shirts and socks.
Best Design
The most ~aesthetic~ hack sporting nice UI/UX. Each team member gets a Sketch license.

The best hack bringing a blast from the past and evoking that *nostalgic feeling*. Bonus points for being extra ~wavy~ with bold 80s colours and flat shapes.

The most impressive hack that doesn't stitch a ton of APIs together. Each team member will be awarded a $50 prepaid MasterCard gift card.
Protect & Serve
The best hack that shakes up an issue in the security space. Each team member will be awarded an annual 1Password subscription.
